On Being Worn-Out:
Stay at home or get away?
AWAY!
Get yourself to the nearest spa, and recover, rest and rejuvenate so you can make a full comeback. If this option is not available to you, my alternate one word is SLEEP! Now! Long! Wherever you are! You WILL feel better.

On Rewarding Yourself:
Full day off or tiny breaks?
Balance!
Every day, I try to do some work, some exercise, and something fabulous.
On Celebrating Achievements:
Celebrate first and then work hard or work hard first, then celebrate? (Or celebrate before AND after?)
Circle of Life!
Make a goal and work your tushy off to achieve it.
When you finally create something that YOU really like (a big accomplishment), it’s important to take a moment and (pause) (breathe) (take. that. in.) and say, I DID IT. YAY!
And then, there’s inevitably the aftermath of WHAT’S NEXT. (yipe!)
Goals and achievements are moving targets and always evolve.
That’s a good thing, but also a hard thing, because growth is hard.
Evolution is challenging.
So take the time to truly REJOICE.
Then, get back to work. You’ve got stories to tell.
It really is a circle! You’re one deep-thinkin’ chick, Samantha!
Celebrate big or enjoy tiny pleasures?
CELEBRATE EVERYTHING.
I thoroughly enjoy connecting the celebration to the theme of the book!
So, let the book release/spa party/candy corn flan party commence!

Sitar quartet led by felines or complete silence?
Cat is where it’s at.

Green.
It’s my favorite color, after all.
On Treats:
All-you-can-eat candy treats or Hex-Mex?
Jinx Drinks.
